Mehul Sharma, Founder and CEO of Signum Hotels
As Signum Hotels Founder and CEO, Mehul Sharma oversees the scalability of a chain of luxury hotels that has its presence across the globe. He manages 12+ hotels across India and 18 serviced luxury living corridors in the UK. Mehul has a vast operational expertise and a deep understanding of sales & marketing. He also helps other hotel owners run their hotels and ensure higher EBITDA margins.
Prior to this role, Mehul has spent 20 years in this industry and set a goal to have his own hotel in future. He has worked as a Manager with renowned hotels like The Claridge Hotels & Resorts, IHCL, ITC Hotels, IHG & served as a General Manager in Taj Hotels.

Sal Capizzi, Director of Marketing - Book4Time
Sal is a spa & wellness operations pro with over ten years experience in the industry. He began his career as a LMT at Massage Envy before finding his passion in spa management. In 2016, he began working for Equinox and quickly moved into a Complex Spa Manager position until he was recruited to open the spa & wellness division of NEXUS Club New York as the Spa Director. In 2020, he made the pivot into the tech sector where he started off as a Solutions Specialist and is now the Director of Marketing for Book4Time and enjoys getting to interact with other Spa Directors and leaders every day while being at the forefront of innovation.
