Meet Suzanne
Suzanne Holbrook, Senior Corporate Director for Marriott International
Suzanne supports all existing, future owned and managed spas in the Americas with a portfolio overseeing 150 spas across multiple brands, including The-Ritz-Carlton, St Regis, W Hotels, Gaylord, Westin, Sheraton, Renaissance, Autograph, JW Marriott & Marriott, throughout Canada, South America, the Caribbean and North America.
Suzanne started her career in her homeland of England, managing her own Salon/Spa business. After deciding to travel the world, Suzanne joined Steiner Transocean managing multiple spas aboard cruise ships over 6 year, producing some of the highest retail and spa revenues within the company.
In 2000 after re-joining the land of bills, traffic and laundry, Suzanne started her career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she quickly became involved in corporate strategy and the support of all Ritz-Carlton Spas worldwide.
A dynamic and experienced corporate spa leader, Suzanne is responsible for driving spa performance through a focus on aspects such as, business strategy, program development, spa design, revenue generation and branding. With almost 40 years’ experience in the industry, Suzanne Holbrook is seen as an industry leader and widely credited for her vision in elevating The Ritz-Carlton & Marriott spa brands.

Sal Capizzi, Solutions Specialist, Book4Time
Sal is a spa & wellness operations pro with over seven years experience in the industry. He began his career as a LMT at Massage Envy before finding his passion in spa management. In 2016, he began working for Equinox and quickly moved into a Complex Spa Manager position until he was recruited to open the spa & wellness division of NEXUS Club New York as the Spa Director. In 2020, he made the pivot into the tech sector where he now works as the Solutions Specialist for Book4Time and enjoys getting to interact with other Spa Directors and leaders every day while being at the forefront of innovation.
