Meet Tracie & Tawnya

Tracie is a retail executive with over 20 years of experience in retail operations. She began her career working for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco and spent the last 10 years growing retail businesses for Hilton hotels and resorts.

Her hands-on experience enables her to identify potential opportunities and create a retail environment that enriches the guest experience and rewards the client.

Tawnya specializes in retail inventory system conversions, implementation and operations. She is an expert at developing consolidated reporting to meet the needs of the distinctive departments across the platform to identify trends and build solid plans.

Her almost 20 years at KSL Resorts and Hilton have given her a well developed understanding of retail operations, financial responsibility and category planning needed to see the uniqueness of each retail space.

Solutions Specialist, Book4Time

Sal is a spa & wellness operations pro with over seven years experience in the industry. He began his career as a LMT at Massage Envy before finding his passion in spa management. In 2016, he began working for Equinox and quickly moved into a Complex Spa Manager position until he was recruited to open the spa & wellness division of NEXUS Club New York as the Spa Director. In 2020, he made the pivot into the tech sector where he now works as the Solutions Specialist for Book4Time and enjoys getting to interact with other Spa Directors and leaders every day while being at the forefront of innovation.
